In 2020, Tower purchased the fee simple interest in a luxury project in
Mauna Lani Resort Community on the Big Island of Hawaii called Ke
Kailani. The project includes 36 luxury home lots inclusive of a single
residence. The price paid for the remaining lots in the subdivision was
less than 50% of replacement cost. Tower has rebranded the project,
One Ocean, and will build luxury homes in 3 phases over the next 3
years in starting price ranges from $3M – $6M. The project has an
oceanfront club (picture above) and a Sports & Wellness Club including a second family fitness pool area located in the interior of the
subdivision.
