Rita Gillette

VP Finance

Ms. Gillette serves as VP Finance for Tower Development, Inc. Ms. Gillette joined Tower in 2016 as a Controller and was promoted to VP Finance in 2019. She has 35 years of accounting experience and prior to joining Tower Development Inc., Ms. Gillette worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years and medical industry for 5 years in addition to other accounting positions.

Ms. Gillette received a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Maryland. Rita is a Michigan resident and lives in the northern lower peninsula countryside with her husband, Mike. She is proud to have spent 30 years as a military spouse living in numerous places in and outside the United States.
